You can change your subscription tier at any time.
Upgrades:
• Take effect immediately
• Start a new billing cycle
• Add the full card issuance of the new plan
• Any unused card issuances from your previous plan remain available
Upgrading does not refund or credit unused time from the previous plan.
Moving to a lower tier:
Moving from a paid tier to a lower tier works like a cancellation, not a direct switch.
• Your current paid tier stays active until the end of your billing period
• You keep any remaining card issuances from your current paid tier
• At the end of the billing period, your account moves to the Hobby tier and follows Hobby limits going forward
Examples:
• Plus to Hobby - you keep your remaining Plus card issuances, then move to Hobby at the end of the billing period
• Pro to Plus - you keep your remaining Pro card issuances, then move to Hobby at the end of the billing period
